Money In Your Wallet – Now! Proven Internet Marketing Methods
Promoting your internet business can be done in hundreds of ways, some of which are more effective, some less so. Others can be total flops. But what matters at the end of the day is simply this: RESULTS…RESULTS…RESULTS. All your efforts should be geared to this one goal alone: Results that put money in your wallet.
So what really works?
1. People just cannot resist…FREE! Yes, FREE!
Imagine: You are out shopping for perfume. You pass the cheese counter. A gorgeous lady offers sample tastings of smelly, bluey Gorgonzola. You hate cheese, it gives you eczema. But you take some all the same &ndash maybe not to eat, but take it anyway as it is free. Lesson: People just love… FREE! If it is free, people will take it. Send out free newsletters; offer a free trial period/services/information. Tease your potential customers, for example, with FREE PC reports or PC scans. After running these free services, alert the customer of problems (potential and existing) on their credit record or PC. Then show them what it is, or repair the problem for a fee. This can be an effective way to get information to your potential customers, create sales or to generate traffic to your site.
2. Turn KNOWLEDGE into traffic to your site.
You will probably be an expert on your product/ business. Leverage this expertise by writing articles and publishing them in an ezine or an article information site. The most effective way is to give away your articles for &ndash FREE! In return, ask the publisher for authorization to include a byline. A byline is a very short summary of the author, his credentials and website. Your byline is a way to claim a ‘visible’ place, a niche on the world wide web for you/your business. With time, readers will come to regard you as an expert in your area of specialization. The logical progress and outcome will be trust in your site as a source of credible information.
3. Click-Click-Click to riches
Some search engines allow the purchase of website rankings. This is an excellent, inexpensive and effective online marketing technique. With Pay-Per-Click programs, you choose keywords that are relevant to your site, and determine yourself the bid prices for each keyword/s. When surfers enter these words, your site will appear with other sites bidding the same words. Higher price bid words rank the site higher in the list. You are only billed for that click if the surfer chooses to view your site. Many Pay-Per-Click programs offer other benefits such as updated lists of commonly used keywords.
4. In the Real World, we live…OffLine
You business may be online, but…remember that in the real world, everything else is offline. Utilise the myriad media advertising available: Newspapers, magazines, the radio, the television. Send out press releases to distribute your information to thousands of people across the country you live in.
5. Net-keting
We are not islands unto ourselves. Many online entrepreneurs share similar marketing ideas as you. Networking with these people via link-exchanges and customer referrals could bring exponential growth to your online business. However, caution must be exercised in the choice of a networking partner: everything that you recommend is a reflection of yourself/your business, hence you owe it to yourself to do due diligence and ascertain that your networking partner is reputable.
Marketing Your Business – How Do I Adapt To The Internet?
The way we do business is changing rapidly. From VOIP, video conferencing, email support, telephone answering services, and the almighty internet. As a business owner we are faced with hundreds of decisions our parents and grandparents never had to contend with.
Some of you keep hearing from other business associates that internet marketing is the greatest method of increasing business and building a foundation for customer support. The only problem is, you’ve just learned how to send emails to people! Never mind learning about SEO, web design strategies, content analysis, pay per click, ROI, etc!
Do you hire an SEO company or do you learn yourself?
Investing time into your company is what we business owners do best but, in many cases, when it comes to learning new methods we quickly open our wallets to anyone out there who seems like the right person to help with your situation. This is the worst possible decision you can make.
Diving into the internet marketing community with your wallet open will result in a disaster if you aren’t properly trained on how to spend your money wisely. The key is not to hire an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) company to take your money and promote your business behind your back. Try finding someone who offers you their “training services” in order to train yourself or someone within your organization to learn more about what is required online, how much effort it entails, and what pitfalls to avoid.
As a business owner, if you blindly search online and pick a company, you have no idea what you could be getting yourself into. There are no secrets to promoting your business online, only a lot of hard work. That being said, anyone with a computer can easily learn how to get their company high search engine rankings. Search engines don’t look to see whether or not you’re running a scam. No, they are concentrated on delivering relevant results for your search terms.
Old Fashioned Marketing Tactics:
In the old days (and still practiced today), business owners would devise their own marketing plan through print media, business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, newspapers, magazines, TV ads, and radio ads. By doing this, the company could track their results by trial and error and really find out what truly works for their industry.
Old fashioned marketing is a simple trial and error process. So is the internet. Unfortunately, all too many business owners don’t have a clue how to start their own internet marketing process and they fail to even put their foot in the water. Instead, many business owners simply hire anyone they can find that seems reputable and then turn a blind eye and say; “Here’s my budget, you are the professional, you tell me what to do”. This is simply preposterous. You’ve worked so hard to get to where you are now by learning and adapting and as soon as it comes to marketing your business online, you simply shut down.
I hope that this article has awoken some of you. Don’t be afraid to dive into the internet’s vast realm of marketing potential. So what if you fail the first time around. When we started out, we had no idea what we were doing, 3 years later our website ranks higher than many other internet marketing companies world wide.
The ULTIMATE secret to internet marketing is simple…
A concept I call “T.I.M.E.”
T – Try and try again
I – Internet changes all the time
M – Marketing opportunities are around every corner
E – Eventually you too can succeed
Think of it this way (Illustration only)
Here is a timeline of your internet marketing campaign:
Start date – Research only: June 7th, 2005
Hired a website designer – August 31st, 2005
Website Complete – October 15th, 2005
Website launch – October 20th, 2005
Started an internet marketing campaign – November 1st, 2005
Started a Pay Per Click campaign – November 10th, 2005
Made a sale – November 15th, 2005
Increased our website’s link popularity – January 1st, 2006
Website gets hit by the Google Sandbox Effect – January 20th, 2006
Increased our Pay Per Click campaign – February 5th, 2006
Made some changes to the website – February 21st, 2006
Increase the website’s link popularity – February 28th, 2006
Got listed in the Yahoo directory – March 3rd, 2006
So here you are 10 months out of the gate and your website may still be “locked in the Google sandbox” ( Search for “Google Sandbox” in Google for an explanation). Your link popularity is just starting to grow a little bit. Hopefully you haven’t tried to link to everyone you can find and are actually linking to companies that are directly related to your business. Your PPC campaign is doing good. People are finally starting to come through Yahoo & MSN search results. You can sometimes find your company in the 200th spot within search results in Google and you are now wondering why this is taking so long.
Welcome to the world of marketing your company on the internet!!!
This timeline representation from above is just something to show you how “T.I.M.E.” is the key of success on the internet and all we are required to do is keep plugging away and keep learning more every chance we get.
For most people who simply open up their wallets, they would have learned nothing in those 10 months and for everyone else starting an internet marketing campaign, those who didn’t simply just open their wallets, their websites are probably 10 times further than yours!
In Conclusion:
Learn more about how to increase your marketing campaign on the internet. If you have to, hire someone in-house who can learn for you and give you updates on everything. If you truly need to hire an SEO company make sure it’s for the right reasons like “starting and finishing a marketing campaign with you learning in the process”, or “enhancing a campaign that is already in place”, or “to revise your website’s conversion rate” or “create a impactful key word optimization campaign”, etc. Take your time and use “T.I.M.E.” to increase your business slowly but effectively on the internet.

Internet Marketing to Double or even Quadruple you Income
WANT TO KNOW HOW ORDINARY FOLKS LIKE YOU AND ME DOULBE, TRIPLE OR EVEN QUADRUPLE OUR INCOME, ONLINE OR OFFLINE?
If you have even a passing interest in the topic of Internet Marketing, then you should take a look at the following information. This enlightening article presents some of the latest news on the subject of Internet Marketing.
Internet Marketing: Why is it One of the Most Cost-Effective Ways to Advertise your Business
I will touch on the most popular subject when people talk about Internet Marketing. And that is Affiliate Programs.
When you think about Affiliate, what do you think of first? Which aspects of Affiliate are important, which are essential, and which ones can you take or leave? You be the judge.
These are forms of Internet advertising that rewards the affiliates for driving traffic to the advertiser or for other transactions. The advertiser pays the affiliate to place a link on their website, and the affiliate sends traffic to the advertiser in return. Simply put, it’s about paying commissions to people who help you make sales. It’s that easy. NOT.
Affiliate marketing has its ups and downs. It could be draining if you are not armed with updated information and the technical how-tos. But this article’s sole objective is to reach out to you and not to badmouth affiliate marketing.
Here are the following reasons on why web marketers go gaga over affiliate marketing as a form of Internet advertisement.
1. Low cost
Many are scared to go on a home based business because of the capital required. In affiliate marketing, you don’t have to spend much to start raking in moolah.
2. Inventories not included
Product management fuss could be very stressing. An inventory is not asked to be maintained. The merchant does the maintenance required.
It’s really a good idea to probe a little deeper into the subject of Affiliate. What you learn may give you the confidence you need to venture into new areas.
3. Unlimited income through leverage
See how much you can learn about Affiliate when you take a little time to read a well-researched article? Don’t miss out on the rest of this great information.
When you have a paid job, your monthly income mainly relies on whether you go to work or not. With affiliate marketing, your affiliates could all just lead traffic to your site without having to lift a finger after providing them your ad copy and links. Though not every web marketer earns limitless, it still is a fact that all the necessary matters for the advertiser or Internet marketer are all there to be successful.
4. Go worldwide
With affiliate marketing, you are dealing with a global market place. All you have to do is choose a niche product and prepare all the necessary tools for your affiliates to lead traffic from just about anywhere to your website.
5. Low risk
The very main reason for Internet marketer’s enthusiasm with affiliate marketing is its having a low risk factor. Especially for those with low budget set aside for advertising, affiliate marketing is just the way to do it.
6. No closing time
With affiliate marketing, your business works every single second of the day while targeting a worldwide market! What could be better than that?
But all of these will be put to waste if you don’t have the right niche product and all the other important tools to make it big in affiliate marketing, i.e., well-SEO-ed website. So better work on this first before ever considering those benefits.

Internet Marketing Made Easy for the Beginner
There are so many internet marketing possibilities for promoting an online business, or even a traditional business. The ability to engage in internet marketing has truly opened the door for women in business and has made working from home a lot easier than it used to be.
Internet marketing can be much less expensive than traditional marketing and it can reach a huge, precisely targeted audience. Because there are no geographic barriers in internet marketing, it is truly possible to do business worldwide and to sell anything from anywhere, even from the comfort of your own home. Following is a simple explanation of some of the most common internet marketing options that you can use to promote your business.
Article Distribution
Distributing professional articles with a resource box that directs readers to your website is a very valuable and effective method of internet marketing. The articles can be given away with permission to reprint at-will under the terms that the article content and resource box cannot be changed. Many website operators will post these articles on their websites which will direct visitors to your website as well as enhancing your internet marketing link campaigns.
Directory Listings
Directory listings are a form of internet marketing that can be very useful. Directories are a lot like search engines, only listings in the directories are managed and ranked by people rather than by automated, electronic means. Many directories accept directory listings free of charge, so they can be an inexpensive and effective form of internet marketing.
Email Marketing
Email marketing is a viable internet marketing technique that is very similar to direct mail. Generally, it is best for internet marketing messages sent via email to be sent to opt-in or subscriber lists. However, third party lists can be purchased for the purpose of email marketing.
If using third-party lists, check into how the email addresses were collected and make sure that they are truly targeted lists with content gathered from individual who opted to receive information relevant to what you are sending.
Ezine Advertising
Ezine advertising, as an internet marketing option, is a lot like advertising in a magazine; only the “magazine” is delivered to subscribers electronically rather than through the mail. Companies that distribute online newsletters often sale advertising in their newsletters as well, and some may even trade out for an advertisement in your newsletter.
Link Campaigns
Building links to your website from other websites that have information relevant to your target market should be a part of your internet marketing plan. Link popularity, the number of links coming in to your website, and link relevancy, the relevance of the website that is linking to you, can improve your website ranking in the search engines as well as directing
targeted traffic to your site.
Pay-Per-Click Search Engine Marketing
Pay-per-click search engine marketing is one of the most successful forms of internet marketing. Basically, pay-per-click search engine advertising is a process whereby you bid on specific keywords that will direct targeted traffic to your website. You are listed in the search engines based upon the amount you bid for the keyword. You are charged the bid price each time a visitor clicks on the search engine listing, through to your website. This is a good internet marketing option because you only pay for successful click-throughs which result in traffic to your website.
Portal Listings
Portals are similar to directories but are generally specific to a topic or industry. Because visitors to portals have interest in the topic, getting listed in a portal that is relevant to your business can be a very effective internet marketing technique for driving targeted, qualified traffic to your website.
Search Engine Marketing
Search engine marketing is a much preferred internet marketing option because the majority of visitors to just about any website come via the use of a search engine. Search engines use what is called spiders or crawlers which are really just software programs that index websites and determine their relevance, based on the search engine’s rules, to the information a person using an internet browser is looking for.
There are also meta search engines that draw from the results of other search engines, and specialty search engines that are geared to a particular topic or industry. To get listed in search engines, a website needs to be optimized and submitted to the search engines. Major search engines include Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Alta Vista and others.
Internet Marketing for Small Home-based Businesses
Small home-based businesses battle to stay on search engine listings and gain the advertising and marketing exposure they deserve. Small home-based business owners typically don’t have the money for expensive advertising and marketing. It is for this reason that popular big name companies seem to have taken over the online market by advertising on television, in magazines, and at the top of almost every search engine listing. Small home-based businesses should not be discouraged. It is possible for small home-based internet businesses to move up the ladder of success through effective and creative internet marketing. Small home-based internet businesses are able to gain the exposure they deserve, but they must use strategies other than standard marketing and advertising methods used by big name companies.
Small home-based businesses striving for marketing and advertising success need to grab the attention of potential customers. After grabbing the attention of potential customers, it’s critical to keep their attention. Home-based business owners should consider offering potential customers and those looking for information on the internet the high-quality information they are looking for through opt-in newsletters.
Small home-based business owners can bring in new customers and keep customers coming back by giving them the information or news they’re seeking online. For example, if a small home-based internet business sells craft items, the home-based business owner can offer valuable free information on craft projects. Those seeking craft project ideas and instructions through a craft project newsletter will find links to materials and supplies. Marketing small home-based businesses through newsletters can greatly increase earnings.
The owner of a small home-based internet business doesn’t have to be a great writer to develop an internet newsletter full of valuable information. There are a number of helpful internet programs to assist owners of small home-based businesses with developing and marketing products and newsletters. Offer people the information they are seeking, and they will sign up to receive the information. Before long, newsletter marketing efforts will pay off through
ever increasing sales.
Home-based small business owners who don’t have time for newsletters should consider joining one of the many popular link exchange programs. Marketing small home-based businesses becomes effortless, and home-based businesses literally begin marketing themselves. Link exchange members assist each other with marketing, and they help increase website traffic. Potential customers gain access to small business websites they otherwise wouldn’t have found.
Marketing efforts can be increased by directly exchanging links with other business websites. Small home-based businesses can offer their banners and links in exchange for banner and links from other small business websites. There is no cost for this type of marketing, and small home-based business websites can increase traffic and sales considerably. Choose link exchange partners wisely to gain the most marketing benefits and exposure for your small home-based internet business.
Internet Marketing and Advertising Ideas
Website owners wanting good ideas for marketing and advertising are always seeking new and ingenious advertising and marketing methods. Of course, all business website owners want their ideas and efforts to bring in more internet traffic and increased revenue. Unfortunately, online advertising and marketing methods can be quite costly, but there are marketing and advertising ideas and techniques that don’t cost a small fortune. There are great marketing strategies and ideas that can bring in a sizeable amount of website traffic and revenue.
E-zines are a popular method of marketing and advertising websites because e-zine publishers have control over links and banner ads within their e-zines. Publishing an e-zine can be very beneficial for online business owners. Even if a website owner isn’t a skilled writer, with a little help they can still publish an e-zine for online marketing and advertising purposes.
Unbeknownst to some, there are websites that offer free and low-cost content for those wanting to publish an e-zine. Besides the many free content websites, there are many e-zine publishers that trade content with writers who also want to take advantage of free marketing and advertising methods. Contributing writers submit original articles and include links to their business websites in exchange for the content they are submitting. This is a marketing method that benefits all concerned. The original e-zine publisher receives free content, and article contributors receive free marketing and advertising for their business websites. Writers without business websites often sell their work directly to websites that buy articles and sell articles to those seeking website and e-zine content.
Blogging is the latest internet craze amongst online business owners looking for fresh marketing and advertising ideas. It certainly doesn’t take a professional writer to create a blog. An internet business owner can create a blog and submit content to that blog on a daily basis. If information is full of valuable keywords and phrases, many search engines will pick up that information. People searching for particular keywords and phrases will likely stumble upon the information. Include links to a business website along with related information people are seeking, and the business could receive a great increase in internet traffic and revenue. Advertising using daily blogs are simple low-cost marketing methods, and these marketing methods have proven effective for a great number of online business owners.
Internet business owners seeking marketing ideas and advertising methods are often willing to exchange links with other online business owners. This can be accomplished through link exchange programs or by directly contacting internet business owners. Those looking for free online marketing and advertising methods and ideas can create partnerships with many online business owners and greatly increase their traffic and revenue.
Internet Business Marketing Methods
The internet is a great place for people to start the business of their dreams. Online businesses are cheaper to run than standard retail businesses because operating methods are generally low-cost, and internet businesses have very little overhead expenses. Internet business can contain a great deal of products and information without the expense necessary for standard businesses. An internet business can be operated at home, and marketing an internet business has many low-cost options and methods not afforded to regular business owners.
Marketing methods are numerous, but not all methods of internet marketing are known to internet business owners. Low-cost internet marketing methods are available to internet business owners, and these methods are easy to implement. These low-cost marketing methods make it simple for anyone with an internet business to make that business a financial success. An internet business owner doesn’t have to be a corporate giant in order to receive the internet marketing it deserves.
For internet businesses and websites to obtain the highest search engine rankings, they must receive an adequate amount of internet traffic. The more the traffic, the higher the ranking. When marketing a website and looking for low-cost methods, this seems like an unfair disadvantage. Internet business owners seeking more traffic submit their websites to search engines in order to increase traffic. If search engines won’t list websites high upon their lists when traffic is low, how can internet business owners receive the traffic they need in order to gain higher search engine rankings and a chance at success? This is a marketing nightmare for those looking for low-cost marketing methods. Link exchanges are the answers to those wanting low-cost internet marketing and high search engine rankings.
Internet business owners looking for low-cost internet marketing should seriously consider becoming involved in link exchange opportunities.Exchanging links with other business websites is not just a low-cost marketing method, exchanging business links is often free. There are websites where those wishing to exchange links can find compatible link partners also interested in low-cost and free marketing through increased website traffic.
Once internet business owners are receiving the necessary website traffic in order to achieve high ranking search engine status, they should submit their internet business website to all of the major search engines. Search engine submission and marketing is low-cost and often free through search engine submission services. Website owners using these services are generally asked to place a link to the website submission service on their website. With proper keyword density and meta tags, business websites will achieve higher rankings on major search engine lists. Marketing a business website through low-cost and free online services is an effective and intelligent method of internet business promotion.

How To Build Repeat Business Using Autoresponders
The aim of a sales page on a website is to give your customers only two options; buy your product or leave your website. Why let them leave without giving yourself another chance to sell to them? You don’t have to… You can set up a system which will give you many opportunities to sell your product or service to each single visitor to your sales page.
The secret is to use what is known as an autoresponder which is an email utility you can use to save the contact details of your visitors and then to send them emails at set intervals.
To make use of an autoresponder you can either use the services of a third party supplier or you can purchase and install a script onto your website. To begin with it’s a lot easier to use a third party autoresponder.
Irrespective of whether you use a third party service or your own script, you will have to use a form to capture your visitors contact details. This form can be built into any HTML web page be it your sales page, or a page designed specifically for use as a popup.
The underlying concept behind the use of autoresponders is that people rarely buy on their first visit to a website. Research has shown that most people need repeated contact with an advertising message before they respond to it and purchase the product or service.
Autoresponders were designed for just this. You can load a series of advertising messages into your autoresponder and adjust it to send the messages at set intervals. That said, people react badly to advertising; in fact most people just plain ignore advertisements.
To get round this, you have to design your email series so that it is not perceived to be advertising. A good way to do this is to design your email series to include plenty of useful information; give your subscribers some good quality free information in each email and weave your advertisement into it.
For example, let’s assume you are selling an e-book titled “101 Dieting Tips”. You could create a series of 7 emails, each containing a single dieting tip. At the end of each email you could inform the reader of your e-book containing 101 tips and include a link to your sales page.
The bottom line is the content you include in your email series must be of very high quality; after all you are going to ask for somebody’s contact details in exchange for it.
Bear in mind nobody is going to sign up for your email series just you write it, or you include good content. In truth visitors to your website aren’t interested in you, they are interested in themselves. They have a problem they are trying to solve, and that’s why they ended up on your website; they thought they could find a solution there.
Another point worth considering is you are a relative unknown to the person visiting your website; they don’t know you or trust you. It’s because of this distrust that many people won’t buy your product or service on their first visit. If you can get them to subscribe, your email series should build up their trust to the point where they will buy your product or service.
First you have to get them to subscribe, and you do this by advertising you are giving away “free” tips which will help solve their problem. Your opt-in form must be prominently displayed on your sales page, build it into the content. You should also design a popup form that displays your opt-in form either when people first get to your site, or when they leave.
Finally, a properly designed opt-in form which causes many of your website visitors to subscribe to your information series will incorporate these three design tips:
1) Use a heading, in a larger font and of a different color to the rest of the form, which includes a major benefit. In other words, in as few words as possible, explain the biggest benefit your visitor will receive from subscribing to your information series.
2) In as few words as possible explain two or three additional benefits your reader will receive from subscribing to your opt-in list. A list of bullet points is the best way to do this.
3) Your primary objective is to get your visitor to join your opt-in list, so ask them to subscribe. Get into the conversation going on inside their mind, use words like “Yes! Send Me the Tips Now!” on the submit button of your form.
How To Charge A BOMB By Marketing Your Internet Business Skills Online!
Some time ago I was savagely attacked by a bee while innocently enjoying a tipple of sherry in the living room. In the process of battling it (flailing my arms about frantically and screaming like a lunatic) the front door SLAMMED shut so hard that the lock broke instantly.
I had to call a locksmith to fix it and do you know how much he charged? J90! That’s about $160 if you’re across the atlantic by the way. He didn’t change it. He didn’t even change any of the parts. As far as I could tell he simply twiddled at it with some metal thingy (i think they call it a screwdriver) and then stuck me with a ridiculous bill. I had no option but to pay it.
The thing is I checked, and that’s the going rate for a locksmith in London. And do you know WHY they get away with charging such high rates? Because it’s a SPECIAL SKILL. Most people can’t do it.
What does this have to do with you? Absolutely everything. You see, YOUR specialist knowledge is absolutely priceless online. If you happen to be an internet business entrepreneur (like me) you can make an absolute BOMB simply by knowing more than most, and having more skills than most. Because people will pay (sometimes exorbidant sums of) cash for your specialist skills & knowledge. And the potential is even more potent in the internet arena where new techniques, systems, methods & technologies are born almost daily.
Think about that the next time you’re struggling with trying something new online. Because once you sort it out, you can probably write your own ticket by having that skill or knowledge. Here are just a few examples of the type of online specialist skills & knowledge I’m talking about:
* Creating simple websites.
* Understanding & penetrating new niche markets.
* Installing scripts.
* Creating information products & software.
* Creating graphics.
* Pulling in traffic.
* Building Opt In Lists.
* Setting up membership sites.
* Creating Audio/Video.
* Creating podcasts & RSS feeds.
* Creating high-ticket courses.
You see, just this small list of topics require SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE too. This means that like the locksmith, once you start to master them, and know where to find customers who are looking for them, you can start charging those high market prices for them yourself.
A lot of people want to earn a massive amount of money online. They want $5,000 or $10,000 online. There’s nothing wrong with that at all but if you’re starting out from scratch then it takes some time and application to develop your skills & knowledge online.
Perhaps you already have a SPECIALIST SKILL? If so, start to think about how you can market that skill online. The next section of this article looks at how and where to freelance your skills for immediate gains.
Freelancing – The Opportunities For YOU Are Endless. Here’s What To Sell, Where To Find Work & How To Set-Up A Freelancing Business Selling Your Skills Online!
It’s almost startling the way that the entire world is rushing online to conduct business. Did you know that there are an estimated 8 billion websites floating around on the world wide web? That number is going up as we speak.
It’s good news. Because as more and more people and businesses come online it creates one thing – opportunity. As the internet evolves, so does your scope for marketing your skills and services online.
So what type of skills can you market online? The answer is just about ANYTHING that you can do for someone else. I’m going to be focusing largely on online business skills today but it could just as easily be something completely different (for example making hand made crafts or creating some kind of trap that would keep Cyril and his teeth at bay for a few days).
Here are just a sample of your skills and services that you could offer to the exploding internet business market:
- Content creation.
- Website creation & maintenance.
- Graphics creation.
- Copywriting.
- Information product creation.
- Software creation.
- Search engine optimisation.
- Pay per click campaign management.
- Affiliate program management.
- Joint venture marketing.
- Market research.
- Opt in list/leads services.
- Audio/Video production.
- Accounts/Excel/Word skills.
- Access database skills.
I could just as easily keep going for AGES with additional services & skills that you could charge for (and that are in great demand). For now, lets talk a little about the sort of prices that you could charge for your skills. Here are some averages I found for you:
For WRITING Services (copywriting, transcriptions, reports) – Average price of $376 per project.
For DESIGN Services (book/cd covers/photo editing) – Average price of $264 per project.
For PROGRAMMING Services (C++ and other geeky type languages) – Average price of $1,030 per project.
For OTHER services (including lead generation, video editing, word processing, excel skills) – Average price of $780 per project.
